We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Field Marketing Specialist to join our immigration services team and lead on-the-ground marketing efforts that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. As a Field Marketing Specialist focused on immigration services, you will play a critical role in representing our company at retail locations, events, college campuses, and public spaces, effectively conveying our immigration solutions and guiding potential clients toward their journey to a new life.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute, and manage targeted field marketing activities that raise awareness of our immigration services and connect with individuals seeking international opportunities.

2. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.

3. Represent the company at immigration expos, trade shows, events, and public gatherings, delivering compelling presentations that showcase the advantages of our immigration services.

4. Foster relationships with educational institutions, community organizations, and relevant partners to expand our reach.

5. Actively gather client feedback, stay attuned to immigration trends, and monitor competitors to refine marketing strategies and ensure our offerings remain competitive.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. Demonstrated experience in field marketing, event promotion, or a related role within the immigration or international education industry.

3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences seeking immigration solutions.

4. Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail for seamless planning and execution of immigration-focused field marketing activities.

5. Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate the target audience's needs.

6. Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to the evolving landscape of immigration policies and market trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
