**We’re Hiring: Field Marketer**

**Location**: Chandigarh.

**Job Type**: Full-time.

**Experience**: 1+ years in marketing, promotions, or sales.

**Salary**:Salary will be discussed according or on the basis of performance in interview

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent the Choko Delights brand in the field across different locations and sales points
- Organize and participate in promotional activities, product sampling, and brand activations
- Build relationships with retailers, event managers, and distributors
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Provide feedback from the field to help shape marketing strategy
- Ensure product visibility and proper merchandising at all touchpoints

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours
- Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or brand promotions is a plus
- Passion for chocolate and a strong belief in our brand values

**Qualifications**
- Market Planning and Field Marketing skills
- Lead Generation and Communication skills
- Sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Experience in the food or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
