**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Reception & Assistance**:

- Greet customers warmly and professionally as they arrive at the workshop.
- Understand their service requirements and guide them through the service process.
- Coordinate vehicle check-in and explain estimated repair times.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Act as the liaison between customers and the workshop service team.
- Keep customers updated about the status of their vehicle repairs.
- Schedule appointments and manage bookings effectively.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer details, service history, and job cards.
- Generate and manage invoices, receipts, and payment processing.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed for insurance claims (if applicable).
- **Front Office Management**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area.
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory of office supplies.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
- Address and escalate complaints or feedback to the relevant departments.
- **Coordination with Internal Teams**:

- Communicate effectively with mechanics, service advisors, and spare parts staff to track work progress.
- Assist the operations manager in daily workflow planning and prioritization.
- **Promotions & Customer Engagement**:

- Inform customers about current offers, service packages, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain a customer database for future marketing and service reminders.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
