**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Management**:

- Process purchase orders efficiently in SAP B1, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
- **ISO Documentation**:

- Maintain and update ISO documentation related to the PO process.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with ISO standards and company policies.
- **Vendor Relations**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
- Evaluate vendor performance and assist in supplier selection.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Analyze purchasing data and trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Generate reports on procurement activities and provide insights to management.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments, such as finance and inventory management, to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to purchase orders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or B.Tech mechanical, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SAP B1 or similar ERP systems.
- Knowledge of ISO standards related to procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
- Familiarity with inventory management practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
