**Role Purpose**

**What you will be doing**
- Configure, install and update desktops, laptops and peripherals like printer, scanner, projector etc. based on user service requests, computer upgrade program or as otherwise assigned.
- Provide both telephone and desk-side first level support and second level of diagnosing network related issues while escalating advanced issues to IT Network team as required.
- Performing deep steps of diagnosis and analysis on all levels (hardware, software, peripherals, &network) to conclude the optimal way to resolve issues.

**What we are looking for**
- Diploma in IT-related fields, preferably with a diploma in Computer Science.
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in relevant field (for support analyst)
- Min 5 years of experience in relevant field (for senior support analyst)
- In-depth knowledge of hardware and software and high level of problem/issue analytical skills.
- Effective communication, interpersonal skills and timely decision making.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and local language as indicated.
