  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment — from understanding job requirements to onboarding selected candidates.

  • Evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit based on client or internal requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
  • Support fresher and experienced hiring for both training and project teams.
  • Assist in campus recruitment drives, internship selections, and related HR coordination.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly hiring reports with the HR Manager.

Job Type: Full-time
