**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Project Implementation: o Coordinate the execution of school-based activities, ensuring alignment with the project’s goals and timelines.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor activities in schools, including workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs. o Manage logistics related to project activities

2. Stakeholder Engagement: o Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, teachers, parents, students, and government stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between schools and the organization. o Support periodic volunteering events

3. Monitoring & Reporting: o Track and document project progress using monitoring tools and reporting formats.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on project performance, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
- Ensure accurate data collection from schools and maintain project documentation, including attendance, feedback, and results.

4. Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution: o Identify issues or challenges within the project and proactively develop solutions in coordination with the program team. o Address any conflicts or concerns raised by schools or other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Social Work, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the education sector or non-profit organizations.
- Experience working with schools, teachers, and education-related initiatives is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and government authorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel between schools and project sites as required
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours during events or peak project phases

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
