**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Import-Export Operations:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute import and export activities, ensuring compliance with all customs and international trade regulations.
- Manage documentation, including customs documentation, shipping manifests, and certificates of origin.
- Monitor and optimize the transportation of goods to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

2. Freight Forwarding:

- Collaborate with freight forwarders to negotiate rates and contracts, ensuring efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions.
- Track and manage shipments, including container tracking and coordinating delivery schedules.
- Handle any issues or delays in the shipping process and find swift and effective solutions.

3. Shipping Lines Relationship:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines and carriers.
- Negotiate favorable terms and rates with shipping companies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in shipping routes to optimize logistics operations.

4. Customs and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all customs and import-export regulations, including tariff codes and import restrictions.
- Keep abreast of changes in international trade laws and regulations and adapt the company's logistics strategies accordingly.

5. Cost Management: - Monitor logistics costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost-effective strategies.
- Analyze logistics data to make informed decisions regarding transportation and distribution.

6. Team Management:

- Supervise a team of logistics coordinators and support staff.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of progressive experience in logistics management, specializing in import-export operations, freight forwarding, and shipping lines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of customs regulations, import-export laws, and trade compliance, particularly related to the USA market.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with shipping partners.
- Proficiency in logistics software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
