A leading player in the insurance industry, is looking for dynamic and motivated Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing team. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in connecting our clients with insurance policies that meet their needs, helping them secure their future and that of their
loved ones.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Acquisition: Reach out to potential clients through tele-sales activities to promote and sell Insurance products, ensuring monthly sales targets are met or exceeded.
Targets
- Achieve their Weekly sales and revenue targets.
Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on selecting the most suitable insurance policies based on their needs, lifestyle, and financial situation.
Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering support and assistance with policy inquiries, changes, and claims.
Market Awareness: Stay informed on market trends and new products to provide up-to-date solutions to clients.
Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and uphold the highest ethical standards.
**Qualifications** Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in tele-sales, with a preference for experience in the insurance sector.
- Education: Graduates

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a professional and positive demeanor.
- Ability to work flexibly within the operating window.
