Key Responsibilities

**Position: Hardware Sales & Tendering Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Hardware & IT Sales**
- Drive sales of computer hardware products, including desktops, laptops, peripherals, and accessories.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide tailored recommendations to meet client-specific needs.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.

2. **Tender Management**
- Identify and manage opportunities on GEM (Government e-Marketplace) and other tendering platforms.
- Prepare and submit tender bids, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
- Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions and follow up on tender progress.

3. **Strategy Development**
- Contribute to the development of marketing and sales strategies to enhance hardware product visibility and drive IT solutions sales.
- Analyze market trends and client needs to tailor strategies that maximize sales opportunities.

4. **Campaign Management**
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote hardware products through both online and offline channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.

5. **Client Engagement**
- Engage with potential and existing clients to identify their IT and hardware needs.
- Deliver customized solutions that align with client expectations, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business.

6. **Brand Promotion**
- Elevate brand awareness by promoting hardware products and services across various digital platforms, trade shows, and industry events.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning to enhance market presence.

7. **Sales Reporting & Market Insights**
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate detailed reports on sales performance.
- Provide actionable insights into competitor activities, customer preferences, and market trends to refine marketing and sales strategies.

8. **Customer Support**
- Respond to client inquiries regarding hardware features, pricing, and compatibility.
- Offer comprehensive post-sales support to resolve any issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Qualifications**:
Education

à Masters’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

Experience

à Prior experience in marketing, sales, or hardware solutions is preferred.

à Fresher with knowledge of computer hardware and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

**Skills**:
à Hardware Knowledge: Basic understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and IT solutions.

à Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage clients effectively.

à Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office, digital marketing tools, and CRM software.

à Sales Abilities: Negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals successfully.
