The Salesperson will be responsible for converting leads into sales, providing excellent customer service, and maximizing revenue for the company's hardware products. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Engage with leads generated by the Tele caller to understand their specific hardware needs and requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers to showcase the features and benefits of the company’s hardware products.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and solutions based on customer needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers to secure orders and maximize revenue.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and contracts to customers, following company guidelines and procedures.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers to answer questions, address concerns, and overcome objections, ultimately closing sales.
- Collaborate with the Tele caller to ensure seamless lead handover and effective communication throughout the sales process.Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and technical support, to ensure timely delivery and installation of hardware products.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, quotes, and orders, in the CRM system.Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends to the sales manager and other stakeholders.Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing customers.Adhere to ethical standards and comply with company policies and industry regulations at all times.Work on targets given by company

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
