**Required - Sales Executive - B2B (PET Chip Industry)**
**Location: SURAT,**
**Industry
- PET CHIPS OR PLASTIC INDUSTRY**
**1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in B2B product sales.**
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **B2B Sales**: Identify and engage with potential business clients, focusing on selling PET chips and related products.
- **Client Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Field Sales**: Conduct regular field visits to clients, presenting product offerings, and closing sales deals.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- **Sales Strategy**: Work with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular sales reports, tracking progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
- **Customer Support**: Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the PET chip industry and the company’s product offerings.
**Qualifications**:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in B2B product sales.
- Experience in the PET chip or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and field visits.
