**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- Explain the product/service to potential customers and convert leads into sales or appointments.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain accurate call records in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude with clients and team members.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in telecalling, telesales, or a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Language - e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
- Good listening skills and ability to handle customer objections.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum: Graduate (preferred)

**Compensation**:

- Salary Range - e.g., ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 per month + incentives

**Working Hours**:

- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
