We are hiring for **Marketing Executive**

Qualification - 12 th or Graduation
Experience
- Minimum 6 Months Experience (real estate, interior designing sales)
Language - English, Hindi and Kannada Mandatory
Package - Upto 35k + incentives + fuel allowanceTiming - 9.30am to 5.30pm
Working day
- Monday to Saturday
Gender - Male
Two wheeler Mandatory
Field sales
Age - Below 45

Location
- Marathahalli, Bangalore

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients through market research and generate leads.
- Promote and sell engineering and interior design services to prospective customers.
- Conduct client meetings, understand their requirements, and present suitable design/service proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Collaborate with the design and execution team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and trade shows to increase brand awareness.
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Follow up regularly with leads and ensure high conversion rates.
- Contribute to developing marketing strategies, content, and promotional materials.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Presentation skills and professional appearance
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of interior design or engineering services or real estate (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
