**1. Sales & Business Development**
- Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and online platforms (IndiaMART, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, system integrators, and IT service providers.
- Meet sales targets and revenue goals set by the management.
- Create and present proposals and quotations for IT hardware and networking solutions.
**2. Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware (servers, routers, switches, workstations, etc.) and networking solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
**3. Product Knowledge & Technical Expertise**
- Stay updated on the latest IT hardware and networking products (firewalls, storage solutions, cloud services, etc.).
- Coordinate with technical teams to provide pre-sales support, demonstrations, and product explanations.
- Educate clients about new technologies and their benefits in improving IT infrastructure.
**4. Order Processing & Coordination**
- Process client purchase orders and coordinate with the procurement team for stock availability.
- Track order fulfillment, delivery timelines, and ensure smooth execution.
- Work closely with logistics and service teams to ensure proper installation and after-sales support.
**5. Pricing & Negotiation**
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals profitably.
- Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining company profit margins.
- Keep track of competitor pricing and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
**6. Sales Reporting & Forecasting**
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress.
- Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and revenue forecasts to the sales manager.
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client data.
**7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis**
- Keep track of IT hardware and networking industry trends.
- Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and new product launches.
- Identify potential growth areas and suggest strategies for expanding market reach.
**8. Collaboration with Internal Teams**
- Work with the marketing team for promotional activities and lead generation.
- Coordinate with the service team for post-sales support and troubleshooting.
- Assist the accounts team in following up on payments and resolving billing issues.
