**Hiring: Digital Marketing Associate**
- **Location: Wakad, Pune (On-Site)**:

- **Salary**: ₹10,000/month (Entry-Level Full-Time Role)
- **Working Days**: Monday to Friday (9 AM to 6 PM)

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and post regularly on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Design creative and engaging content (using tools like Canva)
Grow our Instagram followers through campaigns, trends & reels
Respond to messages and improve community engagement
Improve the SEO performance of our WordPress website
Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO
Monitor organic traffic using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console
Suggest and implement content improvements to increase visibility
Research job and internship opportunities for our students
Analyze competitors and recommend improvements to our marketing strategy
Identify leads and business opportunities through market research
Create reports that provide actionable insights for the team

**Skills Required**:
Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and SEO basics
Knowledge of WordPress and marketing tools (like Canva, Google Analytics)
Strong written and verbal communication
A proactive learner with creative and analytical thinking
Ability to work independently and take initiative

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
