Qualification: Mcom/MBA

Location: Kochi

Industry - Building Material manufacture of Aluminium doors and windows

**Roles and Responsibilities**

➢ Generate and Process accounting journal entries for local and overseas transactions

➢ Prepare accounts book and ledger books there for office records as well as for audit

purposes.

➢ Perform Account Payable activities including but not limited to purchase order review,

planning, and executing payments, and reconcile supplier accounts

➢ Perform Account receivable activities including but not limited to preparing accurate

local and international invoicing, managing the timely collection of inward payments

inline with the company policy

➢ Perform Bank Reconciliation, Settlement of Card and Reconciliation with Statement

➢ Preparation of TDS calculation and filing of quarterly TDS return

➢ Preparation and filing of GST return and other statutory payment.

➢ Perform GL Reconciliations / Ledger to Sub Ledger Reconciliation

➢ Processing of Travel and expenses, Claims Reimbursement, and Consignments.

➢ Preparing Weekly, monthly reports including aged open items in various GL accounts, A/c

payable, A/c receivable and take appropriate actions

➢ Maintain supplier and customer master data to ensure accurate processing.

➢ Assist in preparing export /import documentation

➢ Preparation of finalization of accounts & handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

**Requirement**

➢ Should be able to manage the accounting independently

➢ Advanced Knowledge of Tally, and/or ERP systems

➢ Expert in MS Office tools including MS Excel, MS word, Excel Powerpoint

➢ Good knowledge of export and import documentations

➢ Excellent written and oral communication in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.**Key Skills**

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 5 years (preferred)
- filing of GST return: 5 years (preferred)
- GL Reconciliations / Ledger: 5 years (preferred)
- finalisation of accounts: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (preferred)
