**Job Title: Field Marketing Executive**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an energetic and outgoing **Field Marketing Executive** to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales in designated territories. This role involves executing local marketing campaigns, organizing events, collecting market insights, and supporting the sales team with lead generation and brand promotion activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute field marketing activities such as product demos, in-store promotions, roadshows, and local events.
- Build strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and local vendors.
- Distribute promotional materials and ensure proper display of branding at key touchpoints.
- Generate and qualify leads through on-ground engagement and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research and gather insights on competitor activities, customer preferences, and area potential.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on campaign performance and market response.
- Assist the sales team in converting leads and achieving area sales targets.
- Track and report daily activity, leads generated, and event performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or brand promotions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
