**Position**: Intern (Recruitment Support)

**Location**: Rachana Park 3F, Atreya Society, Off, Senapati Bapat Rd, Maharashtra 411016

**Duration**: 3-month internship, with potential for permanent placement

**Qualification**: - B.E. (CS/IT), BCA, BBA-IT, B.SC IT, MBA IT/HR, Or MBA with Technical background.

**Stipend**: Stipend Rs 21k for 3 months, after 3 months will be absorbed as a Recruitment Associate with a good salary hike depending upon performance. After completion of their internship, the minimum CTC we can provide is (3 LPA in hand + PF).

**Shift Timing**: 6:30 am to 3:30 pm IST (Work from Office)

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to manage the first hiring stages (Training will be provided)
- Basic knowledge about Sourcing / cold calling.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities
- Good Technical Knowledge (IT)
- Willingness to learn new things
