**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Welfare**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for international hostel residents.
- Provide emotional and administrative support to students adjusting to a new culture and environment.
- Organize orientation sessions and community-building activities.
- **Discipline & Administration**:

- Maintain hostel discipline and ensure students adhere to hostel rules.
- Conduct regular room inspections and ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness.
- Maintain records of attendance, grievances, and maintenance issues.
- **Safety & Security**:

- Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed, including fire safety and emergency procedures.
- Coordinate with campus security and medical staff in case of emergencies.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Liaise with university departments for student needs (e.g., academic, health, counseling).
- Address complaints and grievances with fairness and sensitivity.
- Communicate important notices, events, and policy changes effectively.
- **Cultural Sensitivity & Inclusivity**:

- Promote an atmosphere of mutual respect and inclusivity among residents.
- Be sensitive to the cultural, religious, and dietary needs of international students.
- Help resolve intercultural conflicts when they arise.

Pay: ₹9,325.88 - ₹32,260.48 per month
