Job Role
- Manage vendor activities and maintain both new and existing vendor relationships
- Vendor management - for new vendor due diligence and vendor resource management
- Vendor registration and data management, vendor repository maintenance
- Vendor master management
- Coordinate with different business functions including IT department, Risk Management, Finance, project managers and other Internal teams for all related activities of vendor
- Vendor financial health check -annual
- Vendor due diligence and classification (material/ non-material/ outsourcing)
- Risk assessment checklist submissions for vendor - ongoing, on boarding, off boarding, score cards etc.
- Vendor performance management and SLA measurement
- Vendor outsourced staff management - including on boarding of staff - data mgmt., BGV and ID, Access management, attendance and billing,
- Regulatory and non-statutory submissions related to vendor staff and registered vendors
- Monthly MIS and reporting
- Manage adhoc requirements related to vendor
- Ability to understand problems, identify opportunities of improvement and provide solutions and innovative cost cutting initiatives.
- Good working knowledge in MS-Excel, vendor management systems

Job Requirements
- Qualification - Graduate, Post Graduate, preferred with sound market understanding of IT vendors
- Minimum 4-5 years
- Strong data understanding and ability to work in large data.
- Analytical mind
- Ability to multi task and independently prepare MIS
- Team player, good communication and inter personal skills.
- Result oriented and self-starter, Proactive
- Good presentation skills
