**Experience**:

- Total experience:

- 5 years of experience in banquet operations or similar role.
- Minimum experience:

- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Familiarity with banquet software

**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all aspects of banquet operations, including setup, service, and breakdown.
- Train and supervise banquet staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, event planners, and clients to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet facilities.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of banquet menus and pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Knowledge of food and beverage operations.

- Familiarity with banquet software and Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
