Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Commis I Chef to join our kitchen team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and supporting senior chefs in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist in inventory control, receiving, and storage of food items.
- Support in menu planning and special events as required.
- Report any kitchen issues, shortages, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Commis I or in a similar kitchen role.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
