**Job Title**: Site Supervisor - Interior Projects

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Supervision**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site for interior projects.
- Monitor and ensure work is carried out according to design plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and workers.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect work to ensure it meets design and quality standards.
- Address any deviations or defects in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols on-site.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Communicate effectively with project managers, designers, architects, and clients.
- Lead and manage on-site workers to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Assign tasks and provide on-the-job training as needed.
- **Material and Resource Management**:

- Ensure availability of required materials and tools on-site.
- Track inventory and manage procurement in coordination with the procurement team.
- Minimize waste and manage resources effectively.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain daily site logs, including work progress, challenges, and resource usage.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers or stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation of changes to project plans or timelines.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Address and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges in coordination with design and engineering teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supervising interior fit-out or renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
- Familiarity with technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,024.42 - ₹20,000.00 per month
