**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound/Inbound Calls**:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and sell our products/services and handle incoming customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- **Customer Relationship**:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**:Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- **Sales Targets**:Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- **Follow-Up**:Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer needs are met and to secure sales.
- **Record Keeping**: Accurately record customer interactions and sales data in the CRM system.
- **Feedback**: Provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends to help improve our products/services.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**:Fresher/ Experienced both can apply.

**Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Technical Skills**:Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling tools.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- **Adaptability**:Ability to work evening shifts that align with UK business hours.
- **Problem-Solving**:Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations calmly and effectively.
- **Motivation**:Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales or customer service.

**Job Timing : [9:30pm-6:30pm]**
