**Role Overview**:
As an HR Technical Recruiter / IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles within our company. This includes job posting, resume screening, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure we bring in the best talent to drive our projects forward. Your role is crucial in building and maintaining a high-performing technical team that supports our company’s growth and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Job Posting**: Develop and post engaging job descriptions for technical roles on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
- **Offer Management**: Prepare and extend offer letters, negotiate terms, and manage the offer process from start to finish.
- **Talent Pipeline**: Build and maintain a network of technical talent for current and future hiring needs.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with hiring managers and technical leads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter or technical recruiter, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, software development processes, and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess and match technical skills and experience with job requirements effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms to attract top talent.
