The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent. Day-to-day tasks include managing the recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruitment Manager will also be involved in performance tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics.QualificationsExperience in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding processesSkills in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and collaborating with hiring managersProficiency in tracking and reporting recruitment metricsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsExperience in the IT industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
