If so, consider for joining our Grain Processing team—a dynamic group of industry technology specialists and lab technicians based in Bangalore. In this role, you will be at the forefront of technical service activities for the Biofuel and Bioenergy industries, contributing to the advancement and support of groundbreaking technologies within the Grain Processing industry. By leading the design and execution of complex trials and experiments, as well as building cross-functional networks, you will harness your strong analytical abilities and people management skills to turn innovative ideas into meaningful business outcomes that shape the future.

**In This Role, You Will Be Expected To**:
**Educational Qualifications**:
Hold a Bachelor's (BE/B. Tech) or master’s degree or Doctorate in chemical engineering or Biotechnology or Food Technology or Biochemistry or Microbiology or Bioprocessing.

**Professional Experience**:
Possess 2-6 years of professional experience in a related Grain Processing or Ethanol processing.

**Technical Expertise**:
Demonstrate exceptional process skills in the Ethanol Process or Grain Processing or Starch & Sweetener Process.

Showcase strong analytical capabilities, with proven experience handling sophisticated instruments such as Spectrophotometers, HPLC, GC, NIR, etc.

**Troubleshooting Skills**:
Exhibit a proven ability to troubleshoot processes effectively and efficiently.

**Willingness to Travel**:
Be open to extensive travel across India to deliver high-quality technical services to ethanol producing plants.

**Experimental Leadership**:
Develop and lead the execution of experimental plans for plant trials, while effectively communicating findings and conclusions to drive business development.

**Personal Attributes**:
Display innovation, proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility in all aspects of your work.

**Data Analysis Skills**:
Be proficient in statistical data analysis and data management using MS Excel or other relevant tools.
