**Bruker India**is looking for a **Talent Acquisition Associate**to join our Talent Acquisition/ Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. This position is based in **Bengaluru, India**.

Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for Bruker India’s and/or other locations’ current and future growth and hiring needs.

**Responsibilities**:
**Areas of Responsibilities**
- **
Partnering**: Collaborate with the local HR and Talent Acquisition (TA) as part of the TA APAC team.
- **Onboarding**: Ensuring new hires are onboarded smoothly
- **Collaborating**: Working with hiring managers and cross functional departments to ensure a efficient recruitment process
- ** Promoting the company's brand**: Using recruitment initiatives and events to promote the company's brand. Eg. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- ** Executing recruitment projects**: Partnering with HR/Talent Acquisition team to roll out local talent acquisition projects
- ** Support local HR activities**:

- Any other ad-hoc TA/HR duties

**Qualifications:
**Qualification and Experiences Requirements**
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Business or relevant field
- Minimum 2-3 years proven work experience in a Talent Acquisition function or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional network. E.g. LinkedIn
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
