Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate, located in Bengaluru. The Legal Associate will be responsible for legal document preparation, conducting legal research, analyzing legal issues, and providing effective communication with clients and team members. The role also includes representing clients in various legal contexts and assisting with the firm's comprehensive legal solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to tackle complex Legal Issues
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
- Experience in litigation and advisory practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or an equivalent qualification
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
