**About Us**:
KANAG ENT Hospital is a dedicated healthcare provider committed to delivering excellent patient care and seamless operational services. We are looking for a dynamic and organized **OPD Coordinator** to manage outpatient department (OPD) operations and enhance patient experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Coordination**: Manage patient appointments, registrations, and scheduling for doctors and specialists.
- **Front Desk Management**: Assist in handling patient queries, guiding them through hospital procedures, and ensuring a smooth OPD experience.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**: Maintain and update patient records, OPD logs, and consultation details accurately.
- **Billing & Payments**: Assist in OPD billing, handling cash/card transactions, and coordinating with the finance department.
- **Communication & Coordination**: Act as a liaison between doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for smooth OPD operations.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure patient satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely assistance.
- **Compliance & Reporting**: Ensure all OPD activities adhere to hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of experience in hospital OPD coordination or front-office management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is an added advantage.
