An OPD assistant's job is to ensure the smooth functioning of the outpatient department (OPD) of a hospital. This includes providing excellent patient care and efficient operations. Some of their responsibilities include:

- **Patient care**: Assisting physicians with physical examinations and simple procedures, providing a safe and private environment, and meeting hygiene needs
- **Patient flow**: Facilitating the flow of patients in the clinic
- **Clinic cleanliness**: Ensuring the clinic is clean and orderly
- **Equipment maintenance**: Aftercare of equipment and instruments after each procedure, ensuring they are available and in good working condition
- **Patient appointments**: Giving revisit appointments to patients in coordination with the medical secretary
- **Patient education**: Teaching and counseling patients about health practices and preventive measures
- **Patient identification**: Completing patient identification on chart forms, lab, and X-ray requisitions
- **Reporting**: Reporting work-related issues to the OPD Charge and/or Head Nurse and Nursing Supervisor

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
