**Job Description for Facilities Executive - Soft Services**:
**Position Title**: Facilities Executive - Soft Services
**Role Category**: Facilities Services/Facilities Support/Workplace Experience

**Responsibilities**: Coordinate and oversee soft services within the facility, including scheduling, purchasing, inventory management, service contracts, and purchase orders.
Provide general administrative support in facility operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
Act as a point of contact for facilities-related issues and liaise with service providers to maintain a high standard of services.
Manage facilities supplies, handle correspondence, and maintain files and calendars.
Utilize business software for administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
Assist in coordinating office activities, handling calls and visitors, and supporting overall office management.
Potentially involved in arranging travel, coordinating meetings, and tracking expenses.

**Qualifications**: Previous experience in facilities management or related administrative roles preferred.
Proficiency in using business software and office tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
**Reporting Line**: The Facilities Executive - Soft Services may report to the Facilities Manager or Assistant Facilities Manager within the Facilities Management team.
