**_maximize new business opportunities._**
**_ Perform periodic business reviews with clients and identify their_**
**_needs._**
**_Interact with the internal teams for implementation feasibility of_**
**_new / modified needs._**
**_ Showcase company’s new products and services to present and_**
**_potential clients._**
**_ Collaborate with Projects teams to drive customer satisfaction_**
**_and address escalations._**
**_ Ensure periodic updating and data accuracy of the company’s_**
**_sales management system._**
**_ Keep up to date with recent market & pharma industry trends,_**
**_competitors, leading customer’s strategies so as to achieve_**
**_effective results._**
**_ Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities._**
**_ Keep abreast with the market needs, trends and communicate_**
**_the same to the management._**
**_ Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers_**
**_and key strategic partners._**
**_ Represents company at trade exhibitions / events._**
**_ Sales analytics - prepares periodic sales report showing sales_**
**_volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base_**
**_expansion._**

**_ Participation in periodic management review meetings_**

**_ Education B.E./ B.Tech Mechanical + MBA (Marketing) preferable_**

**_ Experience 6 to 12 years_**

**_ Knowledge and skill set_**

**_ Strong sales drive_**
**_ Excellent Inter-personal skills_**
**_ Should be organized, motivated, self-driven and quick learner._**
**_ Conflict management and resolution._**
**_ Good Analytical and problem solving skills._**
**_ Willing to travel internationally on a regular basis_**
