**Job Summary**:
The NGO Fresher Worker will support various initiatives, including fieldwork, program coordination, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates passionate about social change to gain hands-on experience in the nonprofit sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing community programs and outreach activities.
- Support the documentation and reporting of project outcomes.
- Conduct field visits to understand community needs and assess project impact.
- Coordinate with volunteers and other team members to implement project tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry.
- Participate in awareness campaigns and fundraising events.
- Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Development Studies, or related fields.
- Strong passion for social work and community development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in diverse environments and adapt to new challenges.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel to project sites.

Pay: ₹12,317.21 - ₹16,000.00 per month
