As an Immigration Tele caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their immigration needs, and guiding them through the initial consultation process. This is an exciting opportunity to grow in the immigration industry while contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service to those seeking immigration solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cold calling** potential clients and introducing our immigration services.
- Answering client inquiries regarding visa, immigration laws, and processes.
- Scheduling consultations with senior immigration consultants.
- Maintaining accurate records of client.
- Assisting clients with basic documentation information and requirements.
- Following up on leads and converting inquiries into appointments.
- Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn.
