Job Description - Soft Skill Trainer
- Plan, develop, and implement training programs based on the needs of the organization
- Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires
- Develop individualized training plans for employees requiring additional development
- Identify staff development opportunities and plan training to improve employee productivity and satisfaction
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
- Keep up to date on new developments in the field of training and development
- Maintain accurate records of employee participation in training programs
- Prepare reports on the progress of employees in training programs
- Assist managers in identifying training needs for their employees
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all training activities are coordinated and support the overall goals of the organization
- Design and deliver e-learning courses and other computer-based training programs
- Manage the budget for the training department
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Relevant experience - 2 to 5 Years.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: ₹2,000.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
