
Telesales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Research and recommend prospects, and clients, for new business.
- Analyse new sales options.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- To identify the portfolio and requirements of the prospective customers.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Able to manage large amounts of incoming phone calls or inquiries.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Build relationships with existing users and new clients.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Build a network and meet store operators/ clients to achieve targets.
**Required Skills**:
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills (Oral and Written) English, Hindi & Gujarati.
- Strong convincing skills to convert customer.
- Inbound/outbound process/ Tele sales.
- Multi-Tasking personality.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Basic Computer skills
- MS excel, Word.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
