Abode Bazaar is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the real estate industry. As a Tele Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our real estate services over the phone, creating lasting relationships with potential clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients within designated territories, introducing them to Abode Bazaar's real estate offerings and services.
- Provide information about available properties, pricing, and special promotions to generate interest and leads.
- Qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of clients' real estate needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads for further engagement.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively articulate Abode Bazaar's unique value proposition.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a related field, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and trends is a plus.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
