We're looking for a Telecaller Executive who can be the voice of QHT and help patients with their queries, appointments, and information needs.

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients to explain clinic services and treatment options.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact with interested patients.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a clear and professional manner.
- Guide patients through the appointment booking process and share relevant details.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the operations and medical teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Address patient concerns empathetically and escalate unresolved issues when needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in a healthcare or customer service setting.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **Telugu, Hindi, and English**.
- Confident, polite, and patient-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
