As we expand our physical retail footprint, we are looking for a strategic and operational leader to scale operations efficiently.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Operations & Retail Expansion**
- Lead end-to-end retail operations including store setup, staffing, and performance (starting with Express Avenue Mall and future locations).
- Oversee supply chain, procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination for in-house perfume production.
- Implement SOPs to ensure product quality, consistency, and operational efficiency.

**Strategic Growth**
- Work with the Founder to develop and execute the brand’s short
- and long-term expansion plans.
- Optimize unit economics, monitor KPIs, and improve cost structures without compromising on brand standards.

**Team Leadership**
- Build and manage cross-functional teams including store staff, logistics, production assistants, and customer support.
- Foster a culture of ownership, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service.

**Customer Experience & Innovation**
- Ensure a seamless and luxurious customer journey both in-store and online.
- Support product innovation by working closely with fragrance designers and customer feedback loops.

**Technology & Systems**
- Identify and implement tools (CRM, POS, ERP, etc.) that support data-driven decision-making and customer relationship management.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-10 years of experience in operations, retail management, or a leadership role in a consumer/luxury brand (D2C or beauty/personal care preferred).
- Proven experience in launching and scaling retail operations.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy (P&L management, budgeting, forecasting).
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for creating premium customer experiences.
- Excellent organizational and people management skills.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with e-commerce operations and omnichannel retail strategies.
- Background in FMCG, beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle brands.
- An eye for design and detail aligned with the luxury market.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
