This is a long-term onsite position.

As an Agile (Scrum Master) Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple scrum teams throughout the whole software development lifecycle.
*
*
We are searching for a Technical Project Coordinator/Scrum Master who can manage the project delivery of our clients. You must be able to adapt the model of the project delivery depending on the client needs. (e,g., Waterfall project delivery or acting as Scrum Master for the Project).
*
*
You must be comfortable with working in situations where there may be a variety of ways of working across the various teams. As a PM, your responsibilities may include leading a single project or working as part of a larger team, led by somebody else.
*
*
What you will do:
*
*
- Being Scrum Master of software development cross-functional teams, comprising of onsite/offsite engineers, a Product Manager, an Engineering Manager and design resource
*
*
- Being Scrum Master for Saas Engineering team involving front-end, back-end engineers, designers
*
*
- Managing web and mobile releases across several web teams by tracking fix versions in Youtrack and working with technical leads for deployments
*
*
- Working with Product, Design, Engineering and various stakeholders to prioritize and coordinate development efforts to deliver on schedule
*
*
- Coaching, facilitating and maintaining consistent and beneficial Agile process methodologies for the teams, driving process and transparency
*
*
- Communicating with the business around teams velocity and projects health not just for your own teams but supporting the PMO in reporting on all teams' status
*
*
- Preparing and managing project plans, documentation, risk mitigation and resource management as needed for cross-team initiatives and large projects/programs
*
*
- Being available as necessary to troubleshoot urgent issues and remove impediments for the team
*
*
Additional other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

*
- You will manage project activities from requirements gathering, through to delivery of the solution/project in partnership with our Clients and related business groups. You will have daily interaction with the team and additional when required.
*

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
