Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers whose contact details will be provided by the company. The key focus of your role is to convert these prospects into sales, driving revenue growth for the company. You will engage with customers, explain our services, answer any questions they may have, and guide them through the decision-making process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up with leads.
- Explain the services offered by Fortmax Clinics, focusing on hair transplants and skincare.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services.
- Handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve any concerns potential clients may have.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into customers.
- Maintain a detailed log of interactions, sales, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team and contribute to achieving overall business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Fortmax Clinics’ services.

**Experience - 1+ year**

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 1+ year of experience
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Basic computer
- Graduate's degree in any field.
