**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Client Outreach**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Growth System's ERP software.
- Educate clients on the features, benefits, and potential of ERP solutions.
- **Lead Management**:

- Identify and qualify leads through structured communication.
- Follow up on warm leads to maintain engagement and build trust.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Act as a primary contact for potential clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Schedule product demonstrations or arrange meetings with the sales team.
- **Market Insights**:

- Gather and share customer feedback with the team to enhance service and product offerings.
- Understand customer requirements and tailor the conversation to align with their needs.
- **Record Maintenance**:

- Update and maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation of sales progress.

**Who Can Apply**
- **Education**: Any graduate or above.
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Persuasive and good at building rapport over calls.
- Basic understanding of software or IT solutions is a plus (training will be provided).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
