**Job Title**: MIS Executive

**Location**: Howrah
**Experience Required**: 3 to 4 Years
**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports and dashboards.
- Analyze data and create summaries using **Pivot Tables**, **VLOOKUP**, **HLOOKUP**, **IF** statements, and other advanced Excel functions.
- Design and manage **Google Sheets** and **Google Forms** for data collection and reporting.
- Identify trends, errors, and insights from large data sets to support decision-making.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather reporting requirements.
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience in MIS/Data Management roles.
- Advanced working knowledge of **Excel** and **Google Sheets**, especially **Pivot Tables** and formulas.
- Experience with **Google Forms** for data collection and management.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Mathematics graduates will be given preference.
