**Job Title**: MIS Executive - Inventory & E-Commerce Operations

We are seeking an organized and analytical **MIS Executive** to manage and monitor inventory, ensure seamless order fulfillment, and provide actionable insights into our online operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills to oversee inventory across multiple channels, optimize stock levels, collaborate with the warehouse team, and generate key performance reports.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Monitoring & Management**:

- Track inventory levels across all online sales channels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Work with the Order Management System (OMS) or Inventory Management System (IMS) to ensure real-time updates on stock availability.
- Set and maintain stock thresholds for each product category to trigger timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage stock allocation and ensure smooth operations.
- **Order Management**:

- Oversee order processing and fulfillment to ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve order discrepancies or issues related to stock allocation.
- Coordinate returns and manage reverse logistics to maintain an accurate inventory count.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, returns, inventory turnover, and stock aging.
- Analyze sales trends and inventory movement to identify fast-moving and slow-moving items.
- Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for the company’s online activities, including revenue, expenses, and profitability metrics.
- **Threshold & KPI Management**:

- Establish and monitor performance thresholds for inventory levels, sales, returns, and fulfillment accuracy.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Work closely with the warehouse, procurement, and e-commerce teams to ensure a streamlined supply chain process.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers to resolve discrepancies or improve operational efficiencies.
- **System Optimization**:

- Ensure the accurate configuration and use of Order/Inventory Management Systems.
- Suggest and implement improvements in workflow automation and system integrations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in MIS, inventory management, or e-commerce operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory/order management systems and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and data visualization tools.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and their operational requirements.
- Knowledge of P&L statements and financial metrics.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in a retail or fashion e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and warehouse coordination.
