WordPress Designer (Expert in CSS/HTML/Elementor)**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative WordPress Designer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in CSS, HTML, and Elementor to join our dynamic team. As a WordPress Designer, you will be responsible for developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites using WordPress and its associated tools. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating engaging digital experiences for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design and development teams to create visually stunning and functional WordPress websites using CSS, HTML, and Elementor.
- Customize and optimize WordPress themes and templates to meet specific project requirements, ensuring seamless user experiences across various devices.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are mobile-friendly and accessible to all users.
- Create and modify custom web elements, widgets, and plugins using Elementor to enhance website functionality and design aesthetics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any CSS, HTML, and Elementor-related issues or bugs to maintain the integrity and performance of the websites.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve the quality of work.
- Conduct website testing and performance optimization to ensure fast loading times and smooth navigation.
- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and developers to ensure cohesive and consistent website designs.
- Provide support and guidance to junior designers and team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in WordPress web design with a strong focus on CSS, HTML, and Elementor.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other web development languages and tools.
- Extensive experience with Elementor page builder and ability to create custom designs and animations using its features.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and ability to implement them effectively.
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Excellent eye for design and attention to detail, with the ability to create visually appealing layouts and graphics.
- Familiarity with WordPress themes and template customization to suit different project requirements.
- Basic understanding of PHP and MySQL will be considered a plus.
- Solid portfolio showcasing previous WordPress projects and design accomplishments.

**Additional Information**:

- Location: Bangalore or remote
- Salary: 2LPA to 4LPA

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
