**Job Description for Web Designer**:

- Create overall concepts for the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers
- Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
- Building page navigation buttons and search fields
- Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
- Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Solid knowledge of design theory, especially principles of the logo, graphic/ UI design

**Specialization in Modern WordPress website design**:

- Conduct Usability and Responsivity Tests and interviews and ensure adjustments based on user feedback
- Stay updated with the latest design trends.
- Delivery-focused, with a solid quality-driven ethic, always ensuring the best solution is provided on time.

**Requirements/Desired Skills**:

- Create overall website concepts for the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers.
- Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
- Building page navigation buttons and search fields

**Criteria**:

- Proven work experience as a WordPress Designer, UI Designer, or similar role
- Portfolio of related works (e.g. logos, animations, graphics, websites)
- Confidence to work independently
