**Customer Support Specialist**

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Customer Support executive to support the Customer Support Team at Securra.

**Responsibilities**:
Onboarding new customers to the Securra platform

Assisting customers in troubleshooting and help resolve issues related to software/devices

Following due process to record issues, provide feedback to internal teams

Delivering a great experience for users contacting Customer Support at all touchpoints at all stages of the journey

Identifying customer cohorts and mapping customer journeys to identify the gaps in customer experience across all touchpoints, for all kinds of customer interactions, transactions, and engagements.

Track Customer Experience across different channels and touchpoints

Performing product tests, evaluating onboarding & post-onboarding support services, and facilitating improvements.

**Basic Qualifications**:
Graduate & above in a relevant stream

Attention to detail and keen eye to customer's voice

Strong communication with a customer-centric approach

Knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and coordinate accordingly

Should have know-how about CRM tools (Freshdesk, etc)

Fluent in English & Tamil.

Should have at least 1 year experience in customer service

**Salary**: ₹9,936.99 - ₹16,000.00 per month
