**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound customer queries for international clients.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain call quality and adhere to company policies.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Must be a **graduate (2021 or later)**.
- **Fluent English communication** is mandatory.
- Willingness to work in **rotational/night shifts**.
